I’m B.F. Nkrumah, The Alignment Coach. For over 15 years, I’ve studied how identity shapes every decision we make and how to break the cycles that keep us stuck. My expertise blends behavioral psychology, brain science, and real-life transformation, allowing me to teach strategies that are both scientifically grounded and life-tested. I’ve spoken on over 100 stages, written 8 books, and coached leaders, entrepreneurs, and everyday people to create lives they love. My clients come to me when they are tired of living on autopilot and ready to rewire the way they think, decide, and show up in the world.

 

My approach works because it’s not theory—it’s the same process I used to rebuild my own life from the ground up after losing nearly everything.
